its hard to get rid of it especially if your loosing weight. try switching over to boxers for a little while or just go all out commando untill they go away. try putting lotion or something on to make the lines go away.
if all else fails you can see a dermatologist and they will let you know something sure fire that will work.

If your undies are leaving dark marks, they're too tight. Move up a size (or two).

get a size bigger i wear boxer briefs and get i size smaller than my pants, or maybe too, if you need it
