If im to move to a 1,000 ft2 apartment. Just me. How much can i plan to spend monthly in all these?? (considering just the rent of the phone , no long distance)

It depends on how old the apartment is but I would usually say you are looking at paying around 250 give or take a little for them. This also depends on if the apartment is more gas like the stove heater and water heater. If so your gas should run you between 40 and 50 a month depending on usuage. Water should be also about 50 and the electricity shout run you around a 100 unless your stove and water heater is electric and in this case you are probaly looking at more like 150. Your phone should run you only like 10 a month.

depends on the quality of wall insulation.
Is the stove gas or electic? How about the Heater gas or electric? Water heater gas of electric?
If gas, being that its winter expect to spend under 120.00 and more than 60.00.
If electic your light will be around that amount. When you go to work lower furnace to 60 degrees, and keep at 70 at night. Wear layers to avoid wasting too much gas. Take quick hot showers, if water heater is gas. Gas is very expensive right now!
For phone service check if sage telecom services your area. They have a great rate of about 25-30.00 for local phone service including caller id.
