However, my vehicle is getting water damage by the sprinklers. I do have a car cover but it doesn't let my vehicle pass been seen so the tow truck will my vehicle. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks

Maybe you could notify management so they would not tow you.

If this is really a problem for you, you could make suggestions at a community meeting, to get rid of the pass system for coded gates or something. And/or get the watering schedule and don't park there during those hours. Maybe find a waterproof slip cover for the pass and secure it somehow to the vehicle. Or secure a note on the car stating where they can view the actual pass. Or maybe as one of the other answerer's suggested, lighten up. Stress is the # 1 killer in the U.S. today.
