YEP!! Only recently got rid of my stalker. He wasn't an ex or anything (i'm a lesbian) he was a friend who decided to go all 'weird' on me and eventually when I told him where to go he started this obsessive hate campaign and bombarded me and my girlfriend with homophobic abuse!!He went quiet for a while, until one day we discovered he'd travelled all the way up to our house (150 miles!) to peer through our front window!! Then went home again!?? Started the crap again until recently when we got really p*****d off with him coz my Mum is dying of cancer and I'm in no mood for c**p! Hopefully he's gone for good now-fingers crossed, haven't heard a peep outta him for a month.

An ex boyfriend used to stalk me. He would watch my house from the woods over the road and start ringing all the phones in my house including my parents' phones when all the lights went out.My parents got a trace put on the number and sure enough it was him. When I confronted him guess what he said! Oh someone has the same number lol He would even send himself texts to prove it. Needless to say I didn't buy it. He would sit outside my work and wait until I had finished. He would be at the bus stop hen i was on my way to work. My manager ended up getting someone to escort me out of work. I stopped going out and had a restraining order put on.

Recently unfortunately...

An ex just wouldn't leave alone. at first i thought it would stop naturally. Bearing in mind we split up almost 2 year ago i just thought maybe he was jealous cos he'd seen me out with my man and that had triggered somethin...

But when he realised i wasn't interested anymore and had moved on and was happy and a much stronger person than before (he mentally abused me the whole of our relationship) that's when he turned real nasty.

Then he started threatening. i was bombarded with texts and phone calls. had to change my number. then he started calling my work. he'd even sit outside my house, my work, everywhere. Try and stop me on my way out/in... had to have a friend walk with me everywhere just in case. It was like he was a different guy... i knew he was nasty with words but i just didn't know if he would hurt me or not.

One time he put photographs up to the window at work (knowing full well that my staff had been informed from before that he was barred and if he stepped one foot inside the pub call the police) these were photos i believed had been destroyed. and photos i didn't want people to see if you catch my drift.

He was threatening to ruin my career, my life... that was the last straw.

Needless to say he wont be hassling me anymore....

Yes I have had this happen to me.

Nothing like someone following you around, seeing them every time you look around. Very scary I thought. He showed up one day as I was feeding our horses. The neighbor confronted him and told him if he ever hears of him being where I was at again he would take care of things himself.
Me and the Mr. still see him watching us at times. The cops know about things in our small town. He has never confronted me again but has gotten into our vehicles. If we did not own this place we would move, but hard to when we own and he owns his place and he does not live to far away.
Bad thing about all this is, the guy is my oldest boys father. So I do have to have contact with him in a round about way for my oldest teenagers sake. I realize I can never talk to him or phone him or he will start following me again....I sure wish he never moved to our small town!!

I had a stalker once. It was frightening. He would call my house at all hours of the night, and he threatened to beat up my then boyfriend, among other things. That was a really terrifying time.
Good on you for cutting off your stalkers legs

On e of by biggest regrets was that I felt unable to stalk my ex-wife when we divorced. I still think that I could have made a go of it. But I was generally too drunk to drive the car.

What worries me nowadays is the fringhtening increase of the amount of GANG STALKING in the UK, when whole gangs of strangers will target you and watch you for no reason.

i've got not got self assurance so, whether Hubby believes there have been some admirers who have been on the part of crossing the line from admirer to stalker, including a shopper who sent me a Christmas card at our living house rather of the place of work (i did no longer supply this guy my handle) and a fellow from a place we've fellowshipped at who behaves oddly when I attend (like status and staring right this moment at me from for the time of a room for as long as he can till now the provider starts).

xD not to that extent. There was a kid who somehow got my number and used to call my cellphone at all hours of the night O.O He finally gave up after I never picked up the calls....

Oh yes, and then there was this incredibly depressed girl with a really crappy life...apparently I was her only friend, although she was really annoying and I didn't like her at all... She lived three doors down and would come over every day and wouldn't leave,,or go away. Sometimes I even asked outwright for her to go home..Stalkerz.

my boyfriends ex has stalked him since they split up when the were 17 (10 years ago!) and she acts like I stole him off her. If she sees me she totally growls at me. I mean get over it!!! she has slept with nearly every player on his football team to try and make him jealous and has moved into a house in the same street as him (we just moved into a flat together a couple of streets away). she has told his mum that she wishes her two kids were his !!!!! Crazy!

he fully admits that he was a crap boyfriend because he was young and not that into her but its like she has built up in her head that hes the messiah!

I had a stalker one time. He was really crazy. He called my cell 29 times in 30 mins. Called my Mom and told her, I was planning a surprise wedding, which was me and him. Not!! Followed me to a friends house and flatten my tire just to come be the hero and change it. he put notes on my car, sent flowers, can came to my job. The list goes on and on. I finally had to threaten to blow him away and send a cop friend of mine to have a little chat with him. He still sends me e-mails and says hello. he is still a nut case.
