What if you woke up...?

Question

You woke up. You proceed to turn on the morning news. You are greeted with chaotic scenes. You have no idea what happened. Then the headline informs you the unthinkable has happened. A nuclear device was detonated by terrorists. Your far from it...but reality strikes back. Today is the worst day in this new era. What would you do? Pack your bags and buy the next ticket abroad, or run down to your local recruiter and enlist in the army. Or would you do nothing, and think up the best explanation for your kids. What would you do on such day?

I would do nothing because there is nothing you can do. The fallout will circle the globe carried by the air. Any retaliation will be done without my input.

I would first of all have to get over the shock. Then I would probably cry in disbelief and for all those that have died and lost love ones.

Thus it would probably make me think about my own life. I'd probably want to take stock of it. Then I think I would wait for more information like if there was going to be another attack etc.

After that I don't know - it just depends on what the world was doing.

I would gather all my family and pets and pray for the world. We would just go on as usual after that, what else can you do? We would do what we could for our neighbors and rest assured that we would be seeing our Lord soon!!!

Hmmm... That's a tough one. I think I would quit my job and spend the rest of the time we have left with my family and my dogs. I would try to keep them calm and hold them close. that would truly be a sad day. : (

the recent episode of 24?? anyway I would continue life as normally as I can seeing how im only 14.
