Ok, first off, in some places in the US, it is NOT illegal for females to be topless per se.
And even in places where, on the books it said it was illegal, those laws have been overturned.
However, America is a backward society, with murders on TV, but no boobs.. a boob never killed anyone (I think!) but boy, you would not know that from the "fear" the right winged half brained america has on this subject.
So really, it is usually a "disturbing the peace" or other "pull it out of your *** because you are stupid" kind of offense, not that it is illegal directly.

It's the law.You people in the states are to uptight.It's legal in Canada.Our problem is the ones that go topless really shouldn't.They don't like this probably because straight men are so immature they couldn't control seeing naked breasts everywhere.I'm gay so I just assume they keep there **** away.
