I am 15 and trying to apply to boarding school. The downside is I don't have the strongest grades ranging from like one A to C's and D's and maybe a B. I play a lot of sports (skiiing, football, baseball lax, wrestling) I have good SSAT scores (although I believe they prove nothing) and I play the drums and do a little acting. I was wondering If I have a good chance of getting into boarding school-or none at all. I think I am a smart kid and that I would be a good addition to a school, but that is to them to decide. I am trying to apply to some boarding schools in NH, and MI.

You will never know until you apply. There will be a school for you, just maybe not the best one.

A lot of boarding schools also will base admission on who your parents and friends are and whether or not you are the kind of student they feel will enrich the student body.
