Tons.
Stretch a rubber band between your fingers and pluck it with your teeth.
Grab pretty much any metallic object and whack it with a stick.
Fill a crystal wine glass half way with water then wet your finger and rub it around the rim.
Take a bottle and blow across the hole.
That covers strings, percussion, wind, and "other".
Use your imagination!

Well there are pretty much thousands of different variations you could use to make a woodwind, basically it's a tube of any shape, the longer the lower. With coverable holes, preferably with keys to cover them.(Not all keys have to above their holes, take a look at a sax.)

take a empty paper towel roller and cut a hole in it and blow through it then cover up the hole you cut.
