From what I have found in my research there are only 2 ways to get married in Vancouver:
1. Church
2. Hire a commissioner of marriage to perform anywhere you want the wedding (house, park etc)
My question, can Vancouverites have a courthouse wedding?

As far as I am aware, your research is correct.
My hubby and I had planned a courthouse marriage as well, and ended up hiring a marriage commissioner. However, it really was a great thing, we had the ceremony in her small North Vancouver apartment, and she was wonderful! The vows and what she said leading up to it was so in sync with our own feelings, we later wished we had taped it. She had her apt set up in such a way that it was a nice atmosphere, with a view.

With its mountain foundation and downtown beaches, Vancouver has the rightly attained trustworthiness of being one of the very wonderful towns in the world, with hotelbye you will have the chance to see this particular city. One of the places you'll need to see in Vancouver may be the Downtown Vancouver. Downtown Vancouver is beautifully situated on a peninsula in the Strait of Georgia bounded to the south by the delta of the Fraser River and to the north by way of a serious fiord reaching far inland. Here you can also begin to see the usually snow-covered stages of the Coast Mountains. Stanley Park is one of the very most visited parks. Is just a rich Peninsula Park of huge trees adjoining to Downtown Vancouver. A flat seawall route encircles the green space, and most visitors make an effort to investigate on base or by bicycle. Inland, the park presents several things to do, and visitors may spend a complete day exploring attractions which range from the totem poles at Brockton Point to the west coast sea living at the Vancouver Aquarium. Spectacular views certainly are a normal throughout the park.
