Allow the time to do the trick. Surround yourself with good friends, plenty of love & support. My cheating husband broke my heart in Nov'05 after 17 years of marriage. Its getting easier with prayers & meditation. Not sure how our 13 yo broken heart will mend.

I imagine my heart to be made of glass. I can be broken and has in the past, but each time I pick it up and glue the pieces back together. The cracks remain visible, they become the lessons I have learnt.
The glue is time.

You don't.. you have to let time mend it....it may take awhile but it can be done. Take time for yourself and do not rush into anything!! Good luck b/c I have been there before!
