We may love our family and love our male friends(not sexually), but as long as we don't love a man romantically, and feel attracted sexuality to them, you aren't gay, or homosexual. So overall your question isn't too specific, but I would say liking a man does NOT make you a lesbian, or even homosexual. If you do feel attracted to men, and not women at all, then you are homosexual. But no matter what you are still a male, and a human being who has the same rights as a heterosexual.
