Be good at having people eating out of the palms of your hands well it's business and that's how it goes or i9s that politics well same thing but way diffrent

be honest!
sell and don't be afraid!
sstep out of your comfert zone and just do it!
be self motivated!
know your product! no one can stress that enough!

Lie and tell people only what they want to hear. Offer them solutions to everything that ails them. Sell them dreams.
I'm not promoting this, but unfortunately I've seen this work. I hope that you don't really choose this route.
