No, I didn't start my University studies until I was 32 and graduated 4 years later with my BA at the age of 37...never to young or old to start your education.

There are too vocational schools that can get you certified in less than 2 years. Put vocational accounting schools (in your area) into a search engine like www.ask.com

HA HA HA - we never stop learning! So technically, whether you're in school or not, you're still a student. Don't let anyone sway you otherwise. If you want to take a course until 27 years old, by all means, do it.

And if after 10 or 20 years in that field you want to take another class, you can do that too! There is no age limit to studying - and you're definitely not over-the-hill at 27! *wink*

Far from it. I'm taking a basic accountancy course at a local JC. I'm 28. While I'm doing it for fun, a lot of my classmates are trying to get degrees in it and they are FAR older than I am.

No, you are not too old at all - my husband turned 27 last August, right before he started the paramedic program at our local community college. Good luck. :)
