Iv'e seen him recently in commercials with his Jefferson's co-star Isabelle Sanford. I wonder if they are married?

Sherman Hemsley is still around although most of the people who were with him in his sitcom have died. Go to Google and look him up.

He's probably living in the lap of luxury from all the money he made on the Jeffersons & Amen. He's pretty old now and probably not in demand. He was funny in a weird kind of way.

He is older now and the network likes em young ready for the red carpet ....he was on the show Surreal Life though last year

he was on the vh-1 reality series, the surreal life 2 years ago.
really quiet but sensitive fellow.
i like him. he's nothing like george jefferson, his tv namesake.
for what it is worth, he is a homosexual. not that it really matters.
