I'm sorry but your question and all the answers so far made me laugh so hard. I believe most of them have the right idea that it should release in wet dreams or be reabsorbed into the body. I think its healthier to release it though.

When the sperm reach their 'expiration date' and die, the body simply reabsorbs them. If you dont release sperm yourself then your body will do it through a wet dream which is impossible to stop as you are asleep
