i have attended many chinese funerals for the last 45 years n i have seen many chinese ppl always crowd around the coffins so excitedly in chinese funerals
they seem to be admiring the chinese coffins in chinese funerals
i wonder why

I had attend many chinese language funerals too, yet I in no way see any chinese language people crowd around the coffin so excitedly. yet, to that end to custom, all and sundry whose attend the funeral will pay final understand to the deceased and take a final seem on the deceased. in all probability for this reason why they are going to stroll close to the coffin.
