Basing upon my experience....lets respond this way....you HAD a court date for a case in Florida. It's obvious you MISSED that court date and as a result, the court issued a warrant for "Failure to Appear" on the first court date.

If you've contacted the judges office to establish a NEW court date....you better show up!

The warrant issued will stay "active" until you appear before the judge. Once you appear, the judge will recall the initial "Failure to Appear" warrant. They won't stop you while you are on your way inside the court house.

Best wishes!
