My doctor told me to raise my hips on a pillow and do my best not to lose any semen for at least 15 minutes after ejaculation.
Gravity gives them a bit of a helping hand. I've had three children now, when originally I was told I would never get pregnant. Live and learn.

No. All it takes is one little guy to getcha! If you really want to increase your chances, raise your legs after ejaculation for a few minutes.

BTW, get a physical exam and begin taking vitamins and caring for your health, NOW. Let your doctor know that you are trying to conceive. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Best of luck.
