I am 26 and I still have to show ID when I want a pack of cigarettes or any alcohol. People think I am 16. You are as young as you feel.

Perceived age influences how other people treat us. How closely they listen to us, how they value our opinions, etc. And dating? Oy gevalt. It's hard enough meeting decent people anyway.

I have no idea what age I feel like. I know I feel older (more adult) than most people treat me, am a bit confused because that gap is actually lessening and I haven't gotten used to that yet. I'm getting way more respect now that folks think I'm 34, much better than the decades of being 23. Going from 23 to 27 to 34 in 5 years is disconcerting, how old will I look next year? EEK!

But I learned long ago to just roll with it. And to find a way to get my age into the conversation early when talking with certain people....

I'm in the same league as you. I look 30 (so I'm always told) but I'm 43. And I act young, I think. I love to laugh; even at myself. I love life.

I feel like I've been around for centuries.... and I'm only in my very early 20's!!!

I'm a little too intelligent and matured for my age.... and I have always been this way since I could remember.

I like it!
