i don't know the names but i can tell u the sub plots
1. Jerry buys a van from his summer george friend that always runs into the woods and digs a ditch.
2. Elaine buys a pair of golf clubs used by jfk and they happened to be in Jerry's car when it was stolen. and Kramer and Newman load up a bunch of recycled bottles to take to michigan on mothers day.
3. I have no idea how much they made but i'll say 1 million each.

The Bottle Deposit is the episode where Jerry's car gets stolen. As far as the other two questions, I'm afraid I don't know.
