this may work...tuck you bottom lip under your top front teeth and and make a humming sound like an old refridgerator. Make sure your toung is laying low and thrust out your bottom lip!!! not a linguist but i just studied my "V" in the mirror!

when your top row of teeth touch your bottom lip. its "V"
when your mouth forms like an "o" and gets bigger as you pronounce the letter its "w"
