Yea..When I see a child suffering with illness, I wish I could heal them and bring joy to their families...but I can't . So instead, I occasionally pay for the order of the people behind me in the fast food lane or the drive thru.

yes, my father in 87 when he passed and now my mom who was in a near fatal roll over in Oct 05. She will never be the same, I am happy to have her still here but it is sad to know that it may very well of shortened her life.

When my mom was dying of cancer a few years back I wished i could..... I just couldnt imagine at that point living without her in my life.
Would have been nice- but I am still here, years passed and still wishing i had that ability...

I have prayed for that for 10 years. My husband has a nerve disease that not too many doctors know about and is miserable day in and day out. I would do anything so he could not be in pain and be able to live a functional life again without pain and discomfort.

Yes, I have. When my husband was ill, I constantly wished I could transfer his sickness into my body and give him my good health in return. But, alas, it was not to be.

Yes, when my grandma had a brain tumor... She's in a better place now, though, without any pain!
