P.s
My breasts have always been a bit lopsided.
But the right one seems like it doesn't wanna grow. And the left one is starting to hang lower than the right one.
Its like the turtle and the hare, haha.
I jsut thought if one wasn't growing maybe the milk glands inside are malfunctionnin or something.
I just wanna know if there is hope that its just normal and my breaasts will even out.

Most women's breasts are slightly different in size to begin with. Now your hormones are going crazy and your boobs are too! They will even out a little, just give it time. Both will enlarge 1 or 2 sizes and your nipples will get big and dark. You may get stretch marks on them. You might get skin tags on them. When you breastfeed, the baby may prefer one breast over the other, so that boob will get huge with milk while the other looks goofy and small. What a small price to pay for a baby! Stuff your bra til they even out!

Don't worry. None of that is any kind of indicator of if you'll be able to breastfeed. Breast size is all based on fatty tissue. The "plumbing" inside is what makes all the difference. And most women have breasts that are slightly different in size, just like our hands and feet aren't exactly the same.

Have they always been different? Mine always have been - quite significantly. In fact, one nipple was (not anymore) quasi-inverted and the other wasn't. One nipple is a LOT larger than the other. My husband calls it a variety pack.

I nursed 3 babies and I had no problems. I nursed better on my bigger breast but honestly, had no problems with the other one. People are different and you will get bigger at a different rate than other people - even your sister. My sister and my mother have HUGE boobs and I'm pretty flast chested.

The smaller one may never "catch up".

Don't feel awkward!

And congrats, by the way!

Sucks doesn't it... more women then would admit it, have lop sidded breasts... it's natural and NO most times they don't catch up to eachother. On the plus side though, size and shape has no bearing on which will breastfeed better or worse. You'll breastfeed just fine... but get used to having to wear one of your bra sides padded after your done.

I'm not generally a fatalist by any means, but any part on your body that is not symetrical needs to be evaluted by a doctor. SLIGHT differences in breast size is normal for almost every women, but what you're talking about sounds drastically different, and your doctor needs to make sure that there's nothing causing it aside from pregnancy.

If it's just your pregnancy that's causing it, though, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to breast feed.

Go to the doctor.
