If you are on the post, talk it over with your parents and your crush, Friends will stay friends if it's meant to be, Opportunities are not always around... I think I would take the chance and move. If you find yourself, so unhappy and missing what you left behind, you can always move back....

If you move and get into that university, you will find your life changed for the better for years to come. If there is anything serious between you and the crush it will survive you being at school and you will find new friends and still have the old ones when you come home for a visit, but you will also have a way to make a living for years to come so that when you get your parents age you will have a huge house and everything that you could dream of perhaps because of the education that you have gotten.

Move! You sound like you're at the age where a change like this could do some good. A crush, forget a crush....Your soulmate could be out there and this could be it for you! If you move, you will find your true friends, the ones you care to keep in contact with, and Ivy League school? Think of your future!!

Go to the Ivy League, unless you are going to marry the dude. I mean you are going to get an Ivy League education for free an give it up for somebody you are kinda into for know...you are talking about some pretty big possibilities. When you are 80 and in a rocking chair and you look back which are you going to regret not having done...

Hey is your crush going to be there when you get out of ivy league? Probably not. Move. Your brains are more important than a crush who may not have a crush on you.

Move .. life is short and a crush is just that .. if it were meant to be something special it would have happened by now. Get out into the real world and experience life!!!

GOOD Luck!

friends can stay friends, with cell phones, e-mail, and visits back, but crushes are that. Just a crush

In 10 years family will still be there, but not a crush.
