Typical channel four anti male propaganda. All men are rapists, and keep getting away with it, and all women are innocent victims. Yer right. It's more grist to the mill for feminist zealots to proceed with their latest rouse. All juries are to be lectured ( before the trial begins) by women's groups regarding the seriousness of rape, and the effect on the victim. As though intelligent people can't work that out for themselves. Moreover, they are not democratically elected, so what gives them the right to stick their beaks into the judicial process. If that isn't leading and intimidating the jury, then I don't know what is.

Also, feminist zealots have broadened the definition of rape to such an extent, that they are in danger of undermining its perceived seriousness. I can't understand why grown up intelligent women continue to allow themselves to be portrayed as helpless victims who are incapable of taking responsibility for their own actions.

The court found him not guilty. Just before the end, the scene goes back to when they were kissing in the hotel room and ............. he rapes her. I thought he was not guilty so I was so shocked! It was good.....obviously not the fact that the little S**t ruined her life and got away with it but the programme - to the person who gave me a thumbs down..............

but then an end clip showed what happened and he did really do it so he got off with raping her and ruining her life
