My dad had a suspected heart attack, my bike's (only transport to work unless you count trains, which I'm allergic to (well the people on them)) engine exploded rendering it as scrap and I had to pay 400 quid to refill my heating oil tank. Still my 4 year old son was a darling and gave me a cuddle. Anyhow - anyone care to match that for a **** day

I was already 30 mins late for work because i had a flat. I went inside to call work and my 8 year old threw up on me. I changed clothes (had to wear pants that are too big because they were the only other thing i had that was clean and ironed) put on my belt and finally got to the office. Took the elevator up with the department supervisor (who frowns on tardiness) and sat down at my desk, my belt broke in 2 (!) and I had to "staple" my pants to keep them from dropping to my ankles.
Got yelled at by my direct supervisor for being late, spilled coffee on my sweater, and forgot my lunch at home (when my child threw up on me, i guess)
Now I'm stuck here working late.
This day has been so bad, it's making me laugh.
What do you think?

Yea you take the cake, I woke up about 2 hours ago, killed a spider and finished off a bowl of noodles, so far that is the events my day has unraveled but if anything happens like I become the target of a terrorist organization and only have 3 hours left to crack the code to save all of Russia from a nuclear attack I will let you know but for now I think I'm going to get dressed. Wish me luck

My Autistic son was picked on at school today because he had an accident(By another child). But still that happens a lot, and I am used to life with an Autistic child. I do know how you feel with your Dad though, it is rough when our parents are not feeling well, and then you add in car repairs and just plain ole everyday stuff, and you feel lousy. Good for your son for loving you and giving you good supports.

I got made redundant today with absolutely no warning. I feel absolutely gutted, and don't know what the next step is as I've never been in this situation before. I get up tomorrow with no job to go to.

Sorry to hear about your dad though.

Sory about your dad, but at least you have your son to give you a cuddle when you need one. There are plenty of people who hasn't got anyone. Count your blessings!!

That's SO horrible! I thought I had a horrible day yesterday. They put me in the mental hospital yesterday just for cursing out my social worker. He shouldn't have yelled @ me & talked down to me like a child.

But a day can't be worse than what you had today. Darn!

120lb pack on my back, pitch black, freezing, no sleep for 30hours,organised chaos ,people trying to terminate not only my day but my life.
Some days you think are c--p, but there's always some-one worse off, just a different effect.
Not saying your day was not c--p, I always wonder if those who
did not return,"did they have a c--p day".
It will get better, have good Life, (did you think i was going to say " have a good day".
