Just Battle Kyogre and eventually Kyogre will join and automatically give that friend area!

Well the thing about SOME rare pokemon is that you have to fight them over and over and eventually they will ask to join your team. If kyogre does that you will automaticly get its friend area and be able to BE it, cool er? What you said bout Q in the details i dont know what you mean. If your stuck try bying special friend areas like the aged chambers and southen island and talk to alot of pokemon when ever you can :) oh and read the bill board and letter box

After you recruit Kyogre, then you'll be able to get to the deep sea cave...
