There seem to be so much movement, pointing,etc. now.

As long as he comes to a complete stop for one second while facing the line of scrimmage, he's set. Once he gets into that set position, if he's on the interior line, he must remain set. Only TE, WR, and RB can go in motion before the snap, but even they must have been set for one second at some point during the time in which their team was lining up prior to the snap. If they are still moving at the snap without ever having been set, there should be a penalty for illegal motion or illegal shift (if more than one guy is going in motion at the snap).

you have to be still for 2 seconds before the snap, with the exception to a man in motion who is fine as long as he's not moving forward
