Without being too creepy!!! Find out the name of the company that represents her and make an inquiry on how to contact her. They will probably provide you with an address.
Since 9/11, however, many artists/celebrities don't open their mail anymore...SO you may have to settle on doing it the old fashioned way...by BUYING her music, going to see her movies, etc. She'll get the message that you (and the rest of the public) like her! You really like her!

Don't be obsessive...Famous people don't like random people being so interested in them like that. Basically if you send a letter saying that it will probably just creep her out a bit.
