You could:
~ build him his own bonfire, give him sugar cubes to roast
~ kick the dog and cat outside for awhile and let him in, for goodness sakes!
~ spend some quality time together while watching "Mr. Ed" reruns
~ make him a nice carrot cake
~ give him a good rub down, brush his name and reassure him he's still "your little pony"
