does anybody remember a kids tv programme either of that name or a reference to it? i think it featured two gnomes. would really help a mate if you remember it. i think it was on citv in the 80's

I remember chish and fipps, they were garden gnomes who lived in the back graden of a chippy weren't they? Was it Trevor and Simon who did it?

i remember this one! yeah, it was about 2 gnomes called chish and fipps, can't remember what actually happened tho!!
