Have your bosses prioritize. You should not have to make that decision.

That you are a excellent multie tasker, having fantastic prioritizing and organizational skills from your several years of experience. Stress that you enjoy a fast paced environment as it allow you to really use your strengths to meet tight deadlines and support an entire department.

Prioritize: Get done those that can be done right away, right away. Then do those that take time and are labor intensive.

If there is more than one boss, you need to understand the need for time as it applies to each boss.

well keep in mind when someone asks you a question whether its personal or not. you are not obligated to answer you may volunteer but answering the question is a preferrable request not a requirement. Tell them that in your opinion...this is what you think about the situation but in the end its their life and their decition to choose their path in life.
