I agree with WW/SparksPeople/Ladies Home Journal (they all have 'diet' sites that use just regular foods) -- no chemicals that could affect the baby. But don't try to loose too quickly -- remember it took you 9 months to put this on. Go for LOTS of walks - with the stroller (or by yourself for peace and quiet for about 30 minutes - maybe Dad can babysit). Are there stairs in your home? If so take each item upstairs (instead of waiting till you have a full armful) - each step counts.

PUMP! You'll get the benefits of burning more calories - I think its something like you burn 20 cal per ounce of milk, and lose 20 more in the milk itself. So I figured if I could pump 6 oz of milk in 10 minutes, 240 calories, thats quite a workout and quicker than a workout. Plus then you have all that frozen for after you wean. Benefits both. Just make sure to get lots of water, and your own nutrients.

Weight Watchers has a wonderful program for nursing mothers. Exercise is also your best bet if you can't afford weight watchers although it isn't that expensive maybe 12 dollars max for meetings and you can bring kids with you too not a problem.

If you are breastfeeding, you can not diet. Your health & your baby's is most important right now. You actually need more calories now than when you were pregnant. Eat healthy and exercise...take the baby for stroller rides and lay her on your tummy while you do crunches and leg lifts.

Get that baby in a pram and WALK WALK WALK

It's great for the little one to get outside and get some fresh air and you can exercise as well!

2 birds with one stone as they say!
