how can I configure LAUNCHCAST so I can put it on my desktop?

I'm not 100% sure what you want to do. You can create a shortcut on your desktop that will play your station when you click it. To create a new shortcut, right click on an empty area of your desktop and select New > Shortcut. The URL (or the Target or the Location of the item) should be http://music.yahoo.com/lc/?rt=0&rp1=0&rp2=1493770673
I'm going to retype the URL with extra spacing so you can see all the parts:
http:// music.yahoo.com /lc/?rt=0&rp1=0&rp2=1493770673
The long number beginning with "14" is your numeric station ID.
Right after you click the link, you may have to hold your Ctrl button down if you have a pop-up blocker installed.
