Mine started growing when I was in sixth grade. In high-school my father called me death walking with boobs, because I was skinny, short, and had large breasts. They continued to grow for years.
My breasts were last measured at 38F's. Since I am older now, 54, my breasts have started to diminish, but are still fairly large.
Large breasts can cause many problems: men only look at your chest instead of seeing the whole you, headaches and back problems are caused by large breasts, not being able to find clothes that fit, having to spend exorbitant amounts of money for bras that fit. They are not all fun and games.

Define pillow breasts. If you are talking about really big ones, some are obtained voluntarily with a plastic surgeon and others involuntarily through family genes.

Not sure what you mean. There are bras that come with little pillows to boost them. I just throw them out because they take up needed room in my bra.

They just grow naturally, in my experience.
