i don't know about jacksonville but i lived in tampa fl a year ago and they had cheap ones around 250 for a no fault but some may be 400.oo it depend's and based on income

You can always call your local courthouse and they may be able to answer this question as well.... It may take as little as 3 to 6 months for divorce or even longer if he contests and fights you on it. An uncontested no fault divorce might be very expensive...
