I got a html source code from a website to set up a page on myspace, but i typed the code in any text feild as myspace said to do and nothing about my page changed. Can someone give me detailed instructions on how to set up a new page with html, please?

look up on yahoo myspace layouts/backrounds
it will give you so much to choose from and the html codes work unless you have something else on your page blocking it
if you already have a layout you have to delete it before putting a new one in and there is a possibility of one of the html codes not being complete so check your code too

As far as I know, you have to put the html code into the ABOUT ME section of your myspace profile.

I might be able to help.... I just had a friend help me. after you insert the graphic or layout you want in the section labeled, "all about me", you have to hit, "save all changes" on top of the page.

You have to get a layout code.There are tons of places to get them but once you do that you have to go to edit profile and then copy and paste it in the ABOUT ME section.Nowhere else will work for layouts(backgrounds).Any other code can go in the other sections.When you get it you can add me..myspace.com/ashley_jester1723
