Stop thinking about it and push it as far back in your head as it can go. Like push it in that back little corner beside the trashcan and the cobweb and keep it there.

The best advice I'd ever gotten for this and will share with you is do more and worry less...and I agree. I figured the more I take care of my responsibilities the less I'm stressed becaue I took care of it. It wasn't put off till the last minute...

Another idea is that time moves on even if I pause for a sec...(he he) and...I may not know how to do a perfect job for anybody but I'll do what I can (do my best) then move on to something else. If something been bothering me, I'll do my job (again, do what I can, my best) and if I think I could have done better...I'll work on it and do better next time. It helps to at least put my mind at ease knowing I've done my part, though, it doesn't stop there...

And last but not least, no one cannot not have worries; it's a part of life but it depends on how we take it. It can actually be a good thing if we think about it. Sometimes it's a reminder of something we need to do or its an indicator of something we need to work on so...

it can be turned into an enthusiastic energy!

Don't let the things that you can't control, control you. It takes a bit of conditioning to get into that mindset but once you start to think that way it becomes very easy to do.

I remember reading somewhere long ago that you should just concentrate on the things that you have some control over, that you can do something about (90% of the things most people worry about they can't do anything about anyways). I have taken this to heart and life has become much less stressful since.

if is something that has already happened that you are worrying about, let go of it. there's no use crying over spilled milk. if it's the present and the future you are worrying about, just pray to God and everything will go just fine.. good luck
