My Father kept a detailed scrap book of WW2 from the day he enlisted pg1 to the last page which is a newspaper that when folded out has "The War Is Over" for the headlines. It is filled with typwritten pages of men who recieved honors and medals and newspaper clipping of interest.
I know this is very valuable to someone.....Where do I take it? It is starting to crumble and I would like to see it go somewhere that it can be of use.

I think it's of historical value. Some of the larger cities have military musuems and might be interested. You could contact a local V.F.W. post for assistance also.

Hi-
I think more details are required.
1. Is there any photogprahs of units, personnel, battles?
2. Personal writings like letters or poems?
It is indeed just a kind of scrap book with just cut-out pages in it from the war you should try ebay. The above items will make it more attactive.
Otherwise try your state historical society.
