In a case like this where your HCG levels might be off you need to head into the clinic and see your doc. He'll do a blood test testing for a different hormone that should only be present when your pregnant. Either that or he'll just cut the the chace and schedule you for an ultrasound. Are you trying to get pregnant? The pull and pray method is definitly not birth control at all... but it doesn't make sence to me unless you guys had intended to just not try for now until it's safer. Best of luck to ya in either way. My opinion however is that your Pregnant, it's been over a month since you miscarried.

Honey the withdrawal method DOES NOT WORK! in fact i wouldn't even call it a method. After a miscarriage the pregnancy hormone can stay in your system for up to 3 weeks so it may well be risidule hormones left over from your last pregnancy. Go see your doctor even if they cant tell by testing they can tell by an internal examination. And sweetie in future use a condom if you dont want to get pregnant if your fella is too much of an **** to provide them you do it.

Did you have a D& C done after your miscarriage? If so it is highly unlikely that you are NOT pregnant. The test could be a false positive but it is very unlikely. You should find a new method of birth control if you are this adement about not getting pregnant. Withdrawl method is NOT good.
Good Luck.

There is a possibility that the test could be positive because of your hormone level but you should see your doctor to have a blood test done to be on the safe side.

I have had two miscarriages but I cant remember what the doctor said as too how long it would take for my hormone levels to drop back down.I would say go to the doctor.Even if they havent dropped back to normal if your pregnant they should be going back up.Either way GO TO YOUR DOCTOR. And please be careful. My doctor told me with both of mine that your risk of having another miscarriage is higher if you get pregnant in the first 4 months.Though after my first I got pregnant with my first child in the first four months. I then got pregnant again and we had another miscarriage.I got pregnant again after that one in the first four months and I am 35 weeks pregnant. There is hope just be careful.

hi i think you could be but i would book an appointment with your gp asap as they will need to give you extra care due to your recent miscarriage. once the hormone levels have returned to norm then it is very unlikely that they would get any higher until you were actually pregnant agan. congratulations and best of wishes to you.

To the best of my knowledge that shouldn't give you a 'false positive' reading now.
With any sex there is always a possibility of becoming pregnant - go and see you GP, they'll be able to reassure you and offer the most accurate testing. Best of luck xx

It is possible you could be pregnant, after a miscarriage you are supposedly more fertile. Go to the Dr to make sure but I would have thought your levels would have returned to normal by now.
