I wish I could help calm your nerves but I think it's something extremely serious. He should go to the doctor immediately...that's what happened to my dad, right before his heart attack. This may not be true of your b/f, but better safe than sorry. (sorry to be blunt, but if someone had told me, I could have saved his life)

Sounds as if he's not getting enough blood circulating and this serious as blood must circulate to his brain as for the the colour
disfiguration, plus dizzieness, I would get him to a Hospital
ASAP!!!! I'm very concerned at this point as well should you,
even a walk-in clinic

I'm not sure what that could mean, but it seems like he should get into a doctor. Or at least go to the school nurse and have her look at him to see if it's anything obvious wrong with him. just suggest going to a doctor, it is winter so it could be the flu or just a winter sickness or something. good luck!

No need to worry. He has the flu. He outta go to the doc or get some NyQuil, soup gatorade, tylenol and get in the bed. That's what it sounds like to me & that's what I suggest he do. Hope this helps or gives U something to think about.

I would love to try to calm your nerves, but the symptoms he is having sound serious and really should go to the emergency room and get checked out and treated. He really should not wait!
