I am a cross dresser (guys I am not gay) and my waist size is 30 in mens size. What size garter belt would I need. Also, is there still nylons that stay up by them selves. I will appreciate allsensable answers as I am serious. Thanks to all

You can wear High Thighs, i found the best to be Legg's also Vassarette has a product called Her Secret Garter Stocking's
They are all in one garter belt and stockins,
they are under 8.00 a pair and are fantastic

I am a 29 year old woman. I had to look on the internet to make sure what a garter belt was before I answered the question! Then I realized oh yeah it was how people held up their stockings before panty hose stockings with all the elastic or whatever. Then I remembered those tv show documentaries I saw over the last 8 years about those retro pinup style girls that pose for photos or dance burlesque. You know like the "suicide girls "show or other documentaries. They wear those things, I think. Tattoos and garter belts and feather boas. I bet rockabilly girls like them. Like girls who idolize betty page and marylin monroe. I don't even wear panty hose, tights, etc., though. I haven't worn a slip, or nylons since 1994. I just go with bare legs if I dress up, and wear open toe wedges, though I almost never dress up. Comfort is the most important thing with young people. Most of the time, I wear a wireless sports bra and boy shorts. I don't like complicated undergarments. I think they are a relic of some other time. Maybe some people like it for some kind of role play or because they like retro stuff, but I don't. I dress for me, and not for my boyfriend. A pretty girl is just as hot if she's in a baggy t shirt, as she is if she is in complex, antiquated undergarments, if not more so. I would like a girl to look relaxed and natural. I believe that the reality of garter belts is that if people have them, it's either more of a fetish thing, like owning a french maid costume, or a naughty nurse outfit, or the person simply likes retro fashion. I'm someone who just likes to be comfortable, so I don't own one.

I think large would do it. Yes,there are hose that stay up without garters. Think I normally buy them from Target stores,or Kmart.

I don't know what size but you could try thigh high stockings. They have a band around the upper thigh and usually stay up pretty well.

a medium would probably fit you... i have not had much luck with the thigh highs they tend to fall down after a while, and are a real pain in the ****.. gater belts work much better , plus they are sooo much more sexier..

Well, I assume either a small or extra small would do. JCPenney sells hosiery that stays up itself, also Wallmart and KMart.
