Averte could be "a verte" which means "to see you." It would be in the context of "Yo voy a verte" meaning "I am going to see you."

Disen doesn't mean anything. perhaps it is "dicen" which means "they say" or "you say" (the ustedes form).

I guess you must have written them by sound. disen is "dicen", meaning "they say"

averte hmmmm could be "a ver", meaning. "let's see"
or could be "haberte" (silent h, and the b and v are pronounced the same in Spanish). That is the infinitive "haber" (the auxiliary "to have") along with the pronoun "te" or "you".

So it would mean "to have ... you". For instance,
"haberte odiado" menas "to have hated you". "haberte querido" means "to have loved you". etc.
