cut off a nice piece of cracker barrel extra sharp, quarter a nice fuji apple, place it on a nice small china plate, set myself in front of tv to watch "Friends" and take a bite of cheese and then a bite of apple....aahhh life is good....of course i share some apple with my dog who is setting beside me ready to drool.

I love any kind of cheese with some good french bread and a nice glass of red wine.

I like it with fresh bread (white french bread) and good white wine. It goes well with everything from Chedder to Parmasan to Brie. It's best to drink a bit of water before going to the next cheese.

Soft, strong flavored cheese at room temperature with fruit (strawberries, grapes, sweet melon) and fresh bread/crackers and a very good dry red wine. (I prefer a peppery Spanish wine.)

I love cheese by itself, but I also enjoy melting it over corn chips and adding hot sauce.

With french loaf i.e. Brie, or i will add parmesan on my pasta and melt it in the microwave. Yummy!
