It feels like 'butterflies' in your stomach, or gas bubbles. After having my children, whenever I would get a gas bubble, it would automaticly make me think of the baby moving. It's great

some moms say it feels like gas bubbles or butterflies in their tummies. For me the first time I felt movement it felt like something being dragged across the inside of my stomach. It wasn't painful just weird, but also so incredibly amazing to know that my baby was moving. Its a little early to feel your baby move yet but each pregnancy is different
congratulations

At first you will not be sure if it`s gas or the baby moving! Then, yes, you will feel like a real light touch, something like a tickle. Around the 5th or the 6th month it will be straight up kicking, you can`t be wrong!!! Oh and it`s not like your inside stomach flesh, it`s a little all over, you can feel it down or up. Congratulations!

I started to feel my baby move at 14 weeks and it felt like bubbles or butterflies in my belly. I thought it was gas at first actually, but then I could tell the difference between gas and him moving. When the baby actually starts to kick (for me it was 20 weeks), it will feel like a light tap, as if someone was tapping on your shoulder (that light) and the farther along you get the harder the kicks, punches and squirms will get! It's a great feeling, and I actually miss it, haha!
Congratulations and good luck :)

In the beginning the movements are so subtle.
You know how when you go fishing and you're using a bobber (the red and white thing) to see when a fish bites your line... while you're waiting for a bite, you see it flicker up and down ever so lightly that you know it's not a bite, but fish must be nibbling on your worm? It's like that! Little fish nibbles.
Late in your pregnancy, its a whole 'nother story. Nothing light about it. ;-)

Its a wonderful feeling because you know your baby is ok. It just feels like little flutters at first and builds up as the pregnancy goes along to little pokes and kicks. You won't mind it at all. Trust me.
