Hope it's not under your house. Fill the sink hole with any cheap material you can get a hold of, including rubble, rock, concrete (poured and then broken out during demolition of a structure), and less desirable, just plain dirt. Keep the level of fill material about 6 to 12 inches below the final level you desire the ground to end up. I'd keep doing this until the sinking stops, then cap the filled area with good top soil.

Cover the top of the Sinkhole with Duct Tape... That will stop it from getting bigger... And it will relevel the ground!

is it leaking ?? if it is ,change the fittings in the sinkhole,
or if there okay put a little silicon around the fitting before placing it in place,

sue the hell out of the builder it will atleast fix the builder, and maybe scare them enough to fix the sinkhole
