After winning in small claims court how do you go about filling a lien against someones property.Thanks

Take the court order showing you won your case to the court clerk. Attach a description of the property, proof the debtor owns it, and its location to the order. The clerk should tell you what to do afterwards..if not, call the judge's office and ask to speak with him.
