I was sweating profusely and my head was pounding, so I went to the bathroom to splash cold water on my face and my tongue turned black. Am I going to die?

have you by any chance taken pepto-bismol or a similar product? Sometimes it will make your tongue turn black. Maybe you have the stomach flu..that might explain the sweating...i'd see a doctor though.
