Some tests can detect the pregnancy hormones up to 5 days before your missed period - so 2-3 weeks pregnant.

Statistically 51% of women will have a result 5 days before a missed period with the latest pregnancy testing kits. Not going to name them because I don't want to advertise

Realistically with a singleton pregnancy most tests these days will pick up the hormone around 2-3 days before your period would have been due. If your very lucky before but not that likely to be before.

a really good one can detect 4-5 days b4 'period' due, always best to try every 3 days til you have passed the date when ur period should have started then get a doctor to confirm. congrats & good luck
