Sure.
In the USA, go to your public library and ask at the reference desk for a book called "Writier's Market". Outside of the USA, go to the reference desk and explain what you need. Most countries have comparable books. Most of the book is devoted to magazines that accept free-lance articles, but it has a section of guidelines and a list of literary agents who accept manuscripts from first-time authors.
Your English teacher would probably be happy to read a chapter and give you advice. He/she should be overjoyed you want to do something that ambitious.

If a 13 year old can read then he can certainly write, but I wonder what a 13 year old may write about. There are so many books are being published everyday that one more book can't hurt anyway. All you need is to either submit the manual yourself or find an agent and he will do whatever is necessary but it not be cheap that much I can tell you.

well I hope so considering i'm thirteen!!!!
ok no that was my joke (don't say what you're thinking-it was so funny). anyways, I think the question is not can thirteen-year-olds write a book (I wrote one when i was ten, though it was so bad I am blushing right now to tell you about it), but who will read it. however, I think if you managed to get someone to want to publish it, by the time they're done editing and publicizing etc, you would be a year or two older and that would be more sellable (eg. "Christopher Paolini began writing Eragon after he graduated high school at the age of 15"-they sold a gajillion books on that line alone). But yes, I believe you can write a book no matter how old you are.

If men can compose symphonies at even younger ages (like Mozart at age 8), I'm sure a 13 year old could write a book. They may have some harsh critics reviewing their books though after they find a publisher to take them. But I think it's possible...

Definetely. 12 year old's have written books, so 13's can too. A 7 year old has written a book, and a 4-year old as well. However, the 7 year old wrote a cookbook.

First, yes; I do believe if you have a gift in writing so that would entertain a reader (paint a picture with words) that you can also be published.
Second, look at some of the popular books you read at school and look for the publisher's name on the inside cover or the first page.
Third, go to http://www.switchboard.com and type in the name of the publisher under business and locate their address and write to them and ask for them to review your book. Don't send the entire book, just a couple of chapters if they decide to review it.

as long because it grow to be properly written, i truly does no longer be conscious till I got here approximately to look returned on the "concerning the author". yet whilst it began to get a number of media interest, i think of it may get some human beings fascinated and others disinterested. i in my opinion could be skeptic approximately reading a e book written by skill of somebody so youthful, on account that few human beings of that age are worth of being printed. although, if I study the define on heard sturdy comments from those with comparable e book tastes then I meant i could supply it a attempt. If it grow to be everywhere close to as sturdy as Harry Potter, i could be bowing all the way down to that distinctive 13 12 months old. i understand I surely wasn't even on the part of being a sturdy author at that age.

i believe that anyone who knows how to write, can write a book. of course it might not be a GOOD book. but a book nonetheless.
to publish abook is the best way to get it to the public:
the best way is to get an agent. thats how the publishing companies will take you seriously. of course the popularity of the agent might be a factor. but if you are REALLY serious about it, you have to have an agent or "people"/ "connections"
or
you can just mail your manuscript in and the publishing company will just put your mail in a big room and get around to reading it (if at all) in a few years.

Yes, I believe it. How? I don't know. People like Paris Hilton are connected, and it's many times WHO you know..
but don't despair!
Maybe entering some short-story competitions, etc, will get you noticed, until you ARE in a circle from which you can launch your career!
Or, do you know anyone who's got a DJ in the family? Or, just call the stations and see if they have a kids' show, etc.
See? You need to be as creative with your approach to life as to your book! Brainstorm! :-)
Good luck!

Yes , I do believe.
Whether the book is interesting or the public buy the book is another thing.
And another thing is that most publishers will not publish unless they see a profit at the end of the line.Unless you want to finance it yourself.
why not publish it on the Internet??.Is making money or getting your material to the public the main push.!!.
